Foie gras du Sud-Ouest
Our duck foie gras comes exclusively from the heathlands. They are transported by our own fleet of trucks. This is what allows us, among other things, to certify the protected geographical indication (PGI) of our foie gras from the South-West. The arrival takes place every Tuesday throughout the year to offer you whole duck foie gras from the Southwest.

Tasting tip :
Serve the fresh whole foie gras as a starter, with toasted bread and fig or onion confit. Serve with a sweet white wine (Gaillac, Sauternes...). Take the foie gras out of your refrigerator 10 minutes before eating it so that it reveals all its aromas.
