Who are we ?

For more than a century, the Canning Industry Lascroux exercises its expertise.

Situated in the heart of the South West, in Albi, we are entitled to the European Union Exportation and we devote all our activity to the making of top of the range farm products. Our ducks and geese come from a cattle-breeding area in the Landes. It is guaranteed they are fed with corn and prepared in accordance with the tradition, that is to say, without any chemical additive or artificial colouring.

All our products are elaborated in our premises and are meticulously controlled from the carving to the roasting to the transformation. To achieve that, we have qualified employees adapted to each step of the making at your disposal and the necessary tools in particular an evisceration line which allows us to carve quickly for an optimal freshness throughout the year.
