Transportation costs take into account the total gross weight increased by 0.500 kg per consignment. They depend on the weight of the parcel and of the mode of delivery chosen.
If you order fresh products with canned food, the scale of fresh products will be applied totalizing the weight of canned food and fresh products.

Any complaint must be made within 24hours following the delivery of goods at the consignee: no return will be accepted without a prior agreement.
At the delivery, if a parcel is defective, you must necessarily precisely mention the reserves on the receipt with the presence of the delivery man.
Write down defective parcel and mention the quantity and the reference of the missing or defective items, if not, any complaint will not be taken into account.
Each box known as defective and sent back to our premises will be exchanged.
